Summer is HERE! Outside of the major holidays, Summer is what memories are made of! The carefree getaways, music festivals, cookouts, BBQs, and picnics with good food, great friends and bomb music.

There are a number of reasons I look forward to the summer. First and foremost, it’s GEMINI season!!! Yep, June is my birthday month and the official start of the summer season. I reside in the northeast so, like many of us that live in a four seasons climate, the break in weather shifts the energy to an almost celebratory height. Summer is for chill.

Although summer is the ultimate chill, it is known that it also comes with stressors that make it hard to relax. The kids are out of school and some of us are concerned about how to make the best use of the school break. Check out our collaboration with @thecrazyjetsetter article on “the Jetsetting Duo” or hey perhaps you have made plans for the kids, and you actually detest hot weather. This issue has some really great ways to keep it chill this summer, but the best way I’ve learned how is by allowing Grace to take the lead. So when there are hiccups in the dope plans we’ve made, remember that you are graced for it. Meaning, by leaning into your faith, thru absolute trust and confidence in the power of Grace, His wisdom and goodness, will keep you on the ultimate chill. Let’s have an amazing summer!
