My daughter has dry skin, so I made this hydrating mask for her.
1 c. of oatmeal
1/3 c. honey
4 tbsps. grapeseed oil
Place oatmeal in a medium-sized mason jar. In a separate bowl, mix the honey and grapeseed oil. Stir it until you achieve a smooth texture and package it in a squeeze bottle. Add this decorative label with the instructions: “Follow normal cooking directions for the oatmeal, Allow to cools and add the honey mixture. Resulting in a thick consistency. Apply, leave on your face for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with cool water.”
Try this nourishing mask I created for my sister.
Two avocados
2 tbsps Vitamin E
Two drops of lemon essential oil.
Blend all ingredients until smooth.Add another avocado to thicken the consistency. If it’s too thick, add more oil or water in small increments. Refrigerate it for to 4-5 days. Leave on for 15-20 minutes and rinse with cool water. Seal with a love note and instructions, placed in a cute jazzy gift bag.
When making these perfect presents, keep in mind the use of fresh products, so don’t make too much at a time because they only have a refrigerator shelf life of 4-5 days.
